APPRAISER HOTLINE

For the purposes of compliance with current Appraisal Code rules, guidelines and instructions, APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT, LLC has established an appraiser hotline.  The hotline will be used to report any undue or improper influence upon an appraiser while that appraiser is exercising his or her scope of work for the purpose of establishing an independent opinion of value for the real property the appraiser has been asked to appraise.  The hotline number for APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT, LLC is (801) 282-5344.  Any APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT LLC assigned appraiser who has had his independence infringed upon is to report all pertinent information to Michael Stapley, President of APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT, LLC.  Mr. Stapley will take appropriate action to ensure appraiser independence.  The degree of action taken will be based upon the extent of interference in the valuation process.  APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT, LLC takes seriously any attempts to improperly influence the appraisal valuation process.
